seat back is impossible to remove for booster

I have loved this highchair up until this point. trying to remove the seat back as proven very difficult. I have yet to figure it out. please help

Great chair but STAINS, cannot use much longer

We LOVED this chair . We LOVED Graco. We have many many Graco products and felt as ease purchasing this with the Graco name. However, I can’t believe the stains on this seat. We have washed and washed and used stain remover too but the stains on the seat are awful . Our daughter is only 9m old and I feel like we can’t use this much longer because the stains look so dirty and will not come out. We are extremely disappointed!!!

Great high chair, but it stains!
