Built in Standing Platform is a Winner
on February 5, 2018

When we found out we were having a second baby I immediately started looking into double strollers. My mother was convinced I wouldn't need one as my older child would be 2 1/2 when the baby was born but I was convinced otherwise. Even with all of their energy, older children still get tired and I wouldn't be caught without a second seat when they get tired and ask you to hold them.
We do have another double stroller so it was nice to be able to compare the two. One aspect of this stroller that I loved was the built-in standing board. Every other stroller I looked at requires you to buy this as an add on and they're annoyingly expensive. Our toddler loved being able to stand on the back of the stroller and look at his baby brother. I liked the large storage area under the stroller and that it was easy to get my things in and out of it. Parent cup, phone holder, and snack tray were GREAT. Why don't all strollers come with these?! They're essential! It's great that this stroller comes with a car seat. We are partial to a certain carseat brand but the carseat is a great feature if purchasing this stroller. I really like that the seat has the ability to turn into a pram so the baby can lay down to sleep. I feel so bad when they fall asleep and they're trapped in the car seat so this is a big plus. I also really liked the the handlebar pulls out - great for my husband who has a longer stride. It was interesting to be able to put the break down using my foot, it was super easy! Easy to maneuver and took the street and sidewalks well.
Some things I did not like - the placement of the second seat. Our toddler did NOT like basically being in the bottom of the stroller because he wasn't able to see anything! I was confused as to why this placement was chosen. His legs basically ended up being in the storage basket, which leaves less room and desire to keep anything in the basket. The placement of the second seat is something that was pretty hard to get over and the reason we mostly had him use the standing board so he could look around easily. They're literally just looking at the back of the seat in front of them or if the seat is turned around, the other child's feet. This stroller also took up A LOT of room in my trunk. I'm lucky I drive an SUV because if I drove a normal car and had anything else in the trunk I wouldn't have been able to get the stroller in. Also pretty awkward to carry once folded up.
Overall this stroller is attractive, easy to maneuver, the fabric feels like it is good quality, and I love the built in standing board and the "extras" it comes with that you have to purchase with other strollers. However, I do not like the placement of the second seat and am not likely to use it much. A HUGE thank you to the weeSpring parent panel for allowing me to use and review this stroller.

Very cool concept, could use some improvement

I have 2 kids ages 2.5 and 8 months, so between the travel system, and the second seat we got, we have a lot of possible configurations for us to grow into, and already can take advantage of.
We haven't used it for long yet, but here are my pros and cons, I hope others will find helpful:
Pros:
- The concept is really innovative, the configuration possibilities are endless
- The SnugRide SnugLock 35 Click Connect Infant Car Seat is excellent and much lighter than other seats we've had in the past
- Once assembled, the stroller was extremely intuitive to use, the various pieces extremely easy to click in and out, change direction and move around, and amazing that everything fits into every position so easily. I did not need to look at the instruction manual at all.
- The fold is so easy!
- The seats' canopies are very nice, but don't click into place when extended fully, so they slouch back a bit
- The main seat turning into a bassinet is a fantastic plus!
- Having the adapters all built-in is amazing
Cons:
- Assembly was a bit difficult for me, particularly the rear wheels.
- The push leaves what to be desired. The front wheels seem less sturdy than the rear ones
- The fold is not compact enough
In sum, I think this is a very cool and smart stroller, but with some tinkering to improve the wheels/push, it would be a home run.
Thank you to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me this stroller in exchange for my honest review!

Uno2Duo Works Fairly Well for 2
on February 5, 2018

I am a recent addition to the “mom of two” club; our toddler is 26 months and our newborn is just 2 weeks old. Bored and with cabin fever, I was eager to try this travel system and take ourselves outside for some fresh air.
The packaging was easy to open, and all items slid out without tugging. I was pleased at the amount of items inside: a car seat, a car seat base, and a stroller.
First, the car seat base. It’s fairly standard and akin to most other Graco seat bases that I’ve seen. The seat base is easy to adjust to get the incline right for your baby’s size.
The car seat was surprisingly long, at least in comparison to our BabyTrend car seat, which my firstborn had a tough time in when she approached two because her legs were so cramped. I don’t think we’d have a problem with cramped legs in the Uno2Duo car seat. The bonnet extended down quite a bit, providing a ton of shade, winter wind protection, and privacy for our newborn. The infant insert was cushy and seemed comfortable without being too fluffy or seeming like a safety hazard. I liked that there were four slots through which to thread the car seat straps, so I could see this lasting a single child a long while as he/she grew. Two dark grey strap covers came with Velcro so they could be removed easily. The overall color of the seat was appealing to me, meaning that it would suit a boy or a girl, looked chic, and stains wouldn’t readily show. The handle on the car seat was a little difficult to adjust—I would guess fairly average.
Finally, the stroller itself was my least favorite part. Quite a bit of assembly was required. The manual was helpful at least. I didn’t use it enough to know for sure, but the wheels don’t seem terribly durable. The cup holders were on the small side, considering how big most water bottles are these days. The rectangular indention between the cup holders that’s for holding keys or phones wasn’t big either, and it didn’t have a top to close it like our BabyTrend stroller; so if you’re on a bumpy path, things could fall out easily. The handle of the stroller was mildly comfortable but not cushy. I liked that we could use the optional second seat in four different positions, but my toddler wasn’t able to see well if the second seat was installed at all. If your toddler is curious like mine, this could be a problem. It did fold up into a pretty slim profile.
Overall, I think I’d recommend this travel system. It’s handy to have so many parts to use together, and I could see it withstanding some mild jogging. You’ll just want to consider how important it is for your toddler to see where you’re walking and weigh the cost versus the small amount of space it takes up.

Uno2Duo Travel system

I was given this travel system to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel AND was so excited to compare it to my city select system.
My husband immediately loved the built in adapters for the second seat and the expanding frame/jump board.
I loved the one hand fold, style of seats, and overall ease of use. It pushes like a dream! The harnesses were easy to adjust to suit both my 9 month old and 13 month old. I also like the built in bassinet feature.
We did find the trays a bit too far spaced to be of any real use, especially when using the system tandem with a car seat above and second seat below.
I love the cup and cell phone holders AND that the stroller can fold with them attached-- they also don't swivel, threatening to toss out my drink/phone.
We use a convertible seat for our foster baby, but as this travel system included the Graco click connect 35, we actually uninstalled our very expensive convertible seat to use the infant seat instead. This allows for more space in the car since we don't have to carry two seats to click into the stroller in addition to having car seats installed.
Overall, I was impressed with the travel system, however it could benefit from a few improvements, such as an increased recline range for the second seat, and adapters that allowed for additional arrangement options including that which would utilize a second infant carrier.

Where have you been all my life!

This travel system is everything you will need in ONE box, infant car seat with base that snaps into stroller, infant bassinet (when you fold the seat down), snack tray for the kiddo, cup holder for me, a cell phone holder, a huge storage basket on the bottom, and my favorite a standing platform! The bottom easily extends so that you can snap a second seat or use the platform. The seat easily clicks on and off so that you can change the position which my toddler loved, she thought she was big time asking to be forward or backward facing. The canopy is super large and came in handy on our first outing since it started to rain. It was also easy to put together, it took me about 15 minutes during nap time. I really like the fabric which is easy to clean. It is really easy to close and not too heavy for a double stroller but it does take up a lot of trunk room especially if you have a second seat, and I have a SUV. Overall this is a quality stroller system that really gives you a lot of bang for your buck and can convert to a double stroller. Thank you weeSpring Parent Panel for the opportunity to test this affordable travel system.

Great idea!

IF this stroller had been on the market when my first daughter was born, I probably would have registered for this rather than the single-stroller travel system we did register for. Our daughters are only 16.5 months apart, so this stroller is perfect for us. I love that the back extends to become a double stroller, but collapses in when you only need a single stroller. We used it with the carseat plugged in facing the toddler seat, with the toddler seat off and my older daughter standing on the back, with the bassinet and the second seat installed, and with the second seat off and my older daughter standing--she loved being able to see her baby sister as she rode. I also used it as a single stroller with just the carseat plugged in. The stroller is a cinch to collapse, thought you do have to take the 2nd seat off (easy enough), and the carseat if using. The base is very stable, so it's easy to go up curbs, and we loved the adjustable handle so either my husband or I can push it comfortably. I love that it has a cupholder and a cell phone holder. The carseat is great. We love the click-connect style and this seat is a step up from the one we had for my older daughter--a little better cushioning and so easy to adjust the straps with the button to tighten and loosen on the front of the seat. The stroller is a bit of a pain to assemble when it arrives, but seems to work really well and both girls like using it.

Very versatile

I was given this travel system to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. I was so excited when it arrived! My husband put it together and it seemed fairly easy but he did have to get his tool box out. It took him about 30 minutes to assemble. Upon first glance it looked great, sturdy, and loved all the configurations. It took me awhile to get out and use it because of cold weather but once it warmed up a bit we tested it out. My favorite configurations were 1)car seat and toddler seat. They face each other so they can keep each other entertained. 2) both toddler seats attached 3) one seat attached with the stroller extended for one child to ride on the back. The stroller was easy to push and fold. My only issue like any when getting a new stroller was figuring out how everything works and attaches. It took me awhile to feel comfortable with it but now it is a breeze. The seats also recline so that’s fantastic when someone falls asleep.

love this double stroller!

We have two girls 18 months apart. While initially we were trying to "wear" the baby and use a stroller for the 18 month old, we soon realized we needed a double stroller. Hence the uno2duo!! This is a great stroller and we've used it constantly the last six months. The girls are now 2 years+ and 8 months. Pros: this stroller looks really good-- so many double strollers are just big and bulky and ugly! We like that it is not a double wide so can go in doors, hallways etc., really easily. It folds up and fits in the back of my car no problem. Cons: at first it was really hard to push and we thought we had a lemon or something or that it was a safety feature as it didn't even roll down hill that easily. However, it loosened up with use and after we folded it up for a car trip to the zoo something must have shifted and it was much much easier to push. So just an FYI if that happens to anyone else that the wheels do loosen up after a while. In conclusion, we resisted the double stroller idea at first and now can't imagine using anything else as we use this constantly. Just around the neighborhood, to the zoo, doctors office, you name it. We received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel.
