Love this Combo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Duo Travel System for my newborn cousin and my 2 year old son. The infant carrier and base are awesome and work even better then the ones I used for my son. Having the flexabialty to use this for both kids works out great and my son love standing and riding on the back.

Front wheels won’t work...

I bought this stroller about a year ago and it worked great, I love all the options for the seat and my son will still sleep in the bassinet if we are out and about. With that being said, the front wheels have become useless and makes navigating in crowded places very difficult. We bought this stroller with the plan of using it for more than one child and now we can’t even use it. Very disappointing.

I REALLY wanted to love this!!!!

I have had this stroller for almost a year now, but probably used it for a month!! I end up using my single stroller and just making my 3 year old son walk which is not the point of getting a double stroller. I was soooo excited to buy this and even bought my sister in law one (she is also struggling). It is SO HARD to push and maneuver...The reason I had to write this is that i just came back from a holiday in NYC and had to use it and I am literally in pain from pushing it for two days only. We are a graco family and this is really disappointing.

Hard to push around

I bought this stroller about 1 year ago and I loved the idea of being able to fit my new born and my toddler. Dissapointed at the fact that it is incredibly hard to manouver. I was in denial at first thinking there was something I was doing wrong but now I am constantly frustrated because I cannot Push it without the wheels turning the wrong way... maybe I received a deffective product?

Should've been great, but the wheels are horrible.

We purchased this stroller because we have a baby and a toddler, I was so excited to use it unfortunately the rear wheels and front wheels are literally the worst. When you try to make any type of turn our maneuver they get stuck and you're sitting there yelling at the stroller because of how stupid it was. You look insane to say the least. They should have been a wonderful stroller for moms and dads with 2 kids, unfortunately at missed the mark because of the wheels and how it maneuvers. I'm extremely disappointed because we purchased this stroller before we got pregnant with our second baby, because we plan everything, and now I cannot return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stroll in comfort with two kids

I took a full three weeks to review this product because it has so many options and I really wanted to like it. I tried the infant seat forward and rear facing and the full travel system setup with 2nd seat. Having my toddler stand was not a good option, since he won’t stay put. This does not reflect on the stroller design!
Just out of the box, I was impressed by the stroller’s sturdy metal frame. The stroller can be configured in several ways, is comfortable for two kids to ride in, easily adjustable, the car seat and stroller fit together seamlessly and my favorite feature: that the seat can morph into a lovely bassinet. There’s ample room for a toddler to spread out when using the 2nd seat, the back fenders keep splashes down and the canopies on the car seat and stroller seat completely cover an infant in inclement weather.
Now for the cons. This is the bulkiest, heaviest stroller I’ve used. When folded, I couldn’t fit it in the trunk of my car and lifting it was a nightmare. The wheels are awful and seize up in gravel. I had to drag the stroller through mud and stop every time there was a larger bump or crack in the sidewalk. Since my entire neighborhood is comprised of these things, I pretty much had to stick to the street. The 2nd seat is low to the ground and my toddler complained about how bumpy the ride was. The absence of front fenders meant that my toddler got wet when going through puddles. When using the 2nd seat, the storage space all but disappeared. The canopy on the 2nd seat is smaller than the travel system seat canopy and doesn’t provide much coverage. The canopy also doesn’t provide much coverage on the bassinet.
I didn’t like that the included infant car seat is the only one compatible with the stroller. I had trouble fitting the infant seat in my car because it’s wider than others I’ve used, and was therefore hard to tighten in the smaller space. The car seat canopy bunches up and interferes with range of motion of the handle. The car seat and stroller seat canopies don’t fit together seamlessly.
Using the full travel system setup means the stroller is incredibly heavy and was impractical except in pouring rain. To fold the stroller, you have to take everything off except the 1st seat. That being said, it is very easy to fold and the seats are easy to remove and a breeze to reconfigure.
The bottom line: If you have a garage and drive a minivan or SUV (i.e. if space is not a consideration), the Uno2Duo is a great stroller with lots of configurations and comfort features. It’s perfect for strolling on nice pavement in good weather or indoors. It’s too big to take on a bus or in the trunk of a car, and definitely not feasible for air travel. If you only have one child, the stroller is just too bulky and heavy, so I’d only recommend it to parents who already have two kids or definitely plan to.
