i bought this 4 months ago and i loved it, until i took it apart to wash it. i could not find where should pads latch to and it causes the should straps to fall to my sons elbows. it’s not even usable right now because he can climb right out. very disappointing

I can’t figure out the difference between recline position #1,2,3 for rear facing. Is #1 for smaller babies or #3?
I have only used it rear facing so far but I’m happy with it. The latch strap or the strap you click into the crease of the backseat is SUPER hard to loosen - that’s a good thing though because there is no way it’ll loosen up on its own.
I find it easy to clean.

I bought this toddler convertible car seat because of it's tilting feature, we do long drives sometimes and we needed a car seat that can be tilted backwards into sleeping position so my child can lay on his back when he falls asleep in his car seat, the tilting of this chair is really hard and you need 4 hands to make it tilt backwards, my wife alone couldn't do it and I had to park on the way and go help her do it. We will be looking for other options later.

I bought this less than a year ago! I loved it at first however I am in the market for a new one. The top buckle does not stay latched and my two year old can just pop it off by himself with no struggle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
