Best Booster out there!

Thanks to the WeeSpring Parent Panel, I was able to try the Graco Turbo Booster Grow Highback Booster, featuring RightGuide Seat Belt Trainer. So far, I have nothing negative or any "cons" to say about this booster. It is light weight, making it easier for my husband and I to share this 1 booster and just carry to whichever car we are using. I love the material and it is very comfortable for children. The height adjustment is easy and one of the best I've seen. My son is on the taller side, so if he continues to grow ahead of his age range, this is going to be an amazing feature. My other favorite quality of the seat is the RightGuide portable seat belt trainer. I have never seen anything like this on other booster seats. Overall, this is a fantastic booster seat with high quality and function! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Booster seat with great features!

I received the Graco Turbo Booster Grow Highback Booster through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it has been amazing. My son especially loves the booster.It fits easily into our car, he says is "comfy" and he likes the cup holders to hold his water bottle. I love that once he grows out of the booster he will be able to use the belt trainer which makes going in a taxi much easier.

Gets an A+ from our family!

This seat is what booster seat dreams are made of! I am a mom of three boys and the fact that the older two can be seated safely in my car from just one car seat is amazing! My oldest uses the removable belt trainer and the middle child uses the high back booster portion. You’re probably thinking to yourself “this car seat can’t possibly get any better” well it does! It has a part to secure the booster down so it doesn’t move. So needed! Their last booster’s moved so easily and made me so nervous! Especially the one with no back! It’s so comfortable, material is wonderful. The only issue we have is the cup holders. We can’t get those to stay, so my middle child currently doesn’t have any cup holders in his seat. But honestly, it’s not a deal breaker for me. Safety is and this meets all my standards in that area! Thanks to weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this product. It’s gets an A+ from our family!

Very Good Multi-Function Booster Seat

I received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel. I must admit that without receiving it to try, I would not have purchased one at this time. I have a five year old and a two year old and the only one that meets the weight and height requirements for the high back booster is my five year old. Prior to this test, he was in a five point harness car seat. He has been wanting to try a high back booster for a while. Putting it together was pretty quick and painless. I think that it took a total of five minutes. I asked my five year old to sit in it prior to installing it in the car to determine how high the back needed to be. When he did, the back of the seat fell flat on the ground. Clearly that didn't make me feel good about the security of the seat, but my husband reminded me that the back doesn’t need to be that secure as it is being held up by the back seat of the car. Installation was a snap. It just has two clips that easily attach to the car and can be adjusted. My son liked that there were two arm rests and two cup holders. He also really liked that he was using the seatbelt of the car to strap himself in. He did have trouble clicking the seatbelt into place. I am not sure if that is due to the position of the latch in my backseat or how you had to maneuver the seatbelt through the base and armrest to click it in. Honestly fastening his seat belt is probably the most time consuming out of everything regarding this high back booster. While riding, my son said that he felt secure. However in looking in the back seat every so often, he was able to move forward and side to side a little more than i would like. I would prefer him to be more secure in his car seat. Even though my son is large enough to try the other versions of the booster, I didn't feel comfortable doing it. For what the product is - a multi-function booster seat - it is very good. Fabric is easy to clean. It is easy to adjust from one seat to another and it is exceptionally easy to install. I also appreciated that it went up to 100 lbs so truthfully it should be the last car seat/booster you will ever need; not to mention the price is really good for all that you get. For my family though, i think that we will go back to a five point harness until my oldest is a little older.

Extremely happy with this seat!

I received this Graco Turbo Booster Highback Booster featuring RightGuide Seat Belt Trainer from Stellar Product Testing Panel. It really couldn’t have been more perfect timing, as I’ve been on the fence about moving my son to a highback booster seat. After receiving this seat I went for it and moved him up! I have to say, I love this seat. The installation was so easy and I love the fact that it has the latch option. I’m always worried that my daughters’ highback booster will fly around the car if we get in an accident but with this Graco Turbo Booster I don’t have to worry about that! I also love that the shoulder belt positioner not only keeps the shoulder belt in place while my son is using it, but that the opening is small enough that the seatbelt doesn’t work it’s way out of the positioner even when it’s not being used.
When I first read on the box that it could seat two kids at once I was very intrigued and knew we would be testing that immediately! My daughter is 8 and was able to use the RightGuide Seat Belt Trainer while my son(5) used the Highback booster. Some days she rides to school with our neighbor and she always bring her car seat, so this week I sent her with the RightGuide Seat Belt Trainer to see if she would be able to put it in the car herself and it was a breeze for her! She loves the freedom it gives her and I love that it keeps her shoulder and lap belts in place.
I was even impressed with the cup holders on this seat. With three kids we’ve had a number of car seats in our lives and it seems like the cupholders never last long. These cupholders don’t stick out so far that they will get caught on the kids backpack straps or have rubber pieces that can be ripped off. They locked firmly into the seat and are extremely easy to clean, which is a huge plus!
I’m so happy we were able to try this seat. My son loves it and says it’s so much more comfortable than the one he had before. This is really the perfect seat for anyone who has kids at the highback booster/backless booster stage, especially when you can seat 2 kids from 1 seat!

Better than normal booster seats

I was given the Graco Turbo Booster Grow Highback Booster featuring RightguideSeat Belt Trainer to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The headrest is built with more support than their other Turbo Booster, similar to their Nautilus’ headrest which kid has better headrest to lean on when napping. 2 Cup holders are not hideaway but don’t stick out too much to hold water bottles & snacks. Love the LATCH clips that secured the seat to the car’s LATCH hooks so the seat doesn’t move in case of sudden jerk moves; it’s the push-button quick attach-release LATCH clips (like seatbelt clip & release) vs. their older manual LATCH clips, plus the LATCH clip-belt can be tightened with a quick pull in the front & quickly loosen with a quick-release button... no more threading the belt to loosen! A better upgrade to Graco’s Turbobooster line overall and still can be backless when needed.
The seatbelt trainer seat is a separate seat snapped into the seat itself when not in use; there’s no safety feature when only using it. It is recommended for kids 50lbs+ so currently it’s a seatbelt training seat when car is not moving until kid is 50lbs... good thought for the seatbelt training seat but it will also has to do with a car’s seatbelt clip & buckle design (my beef is more with the buckle that’s not staying put when kid is learning to snap the clip into the it.) I think it would be a better idea to invent the seatbelt trainer into the 40lb booster seat itself than the training seat since my kid can already unbuckle but will not be 50lbs for a long while.

Easy LATCH

I tried the Graco turbobooster grow grow with me high back booster in West Point fashion. I tried the seat as one solid piece. It is possible to have a high back booster as well as a booster, so the seat can be used for two kids.
I like the gray color, it works for a boy or girl and won’t show stains or dirt easily. The seat has two cup holders which are good size and can hold probably any size cup. I think my favorite feature is the easy to use LATCH system. I have always struggled with latching my car seats to the car because the method used is challenging. This LATCH system is amazing. There is a button to push to loosen the latch from the car seat to attach it to the car. You then connect the hook to the bracket in your car and pull the cord to tighten it and make it fit snugly in the car.
I did not try all forms of the booster with my child as I want her to be in the most protected form in the car even though age wise she would fit in the other forms. I want her to max out height and weight before moving her on. She used the high back booster. We did look at the other backless booster and seatbelt trainer in the house before placing in the car. The seemed very easy to use and comfortable. In a few years I would be able to use the seat belt trainer with my oldest and the high back booster with my youngest. The seat belt trainer actually comes off the base off the seat when pulling a latch. Once you pull the latch you flip up the handle looking pieces which are used to run the seatbelt through to help with seat belt placement. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great booster seat!

The Turbo Booster is really great! The padding feels cushy without being bulky and seems like it will stay cool in the summer. It was very easy to snap together and adjusting the height is a breeze. I love that you can keep it latched in place so it's safe in your car even when a child isn't sitting in it. The buckle guides are easy to follow and the instructions in the manual seem very easy to use. It's amazing to be able to use parts of it for two children at the same time! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and am very happy to have it in my car!
