Love it but have some questions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually what’s the limit of time used a baby? When they are 7months or how many? Is the head rest removable? Because I got this car seat and it’s been great but my baby is now 7 months and his head is starting to not to fit anymore but he is still supposed to use an infant rear infant car seat so do I have to purchase another one now?
