Huge flaw: Headrest

Got this car seat before our baby was born and it worked for the first couple of months. We didn’t realize at the time when we got it that the headrest is not removable. When our baby was only 3 months old, he started hating the car seat and would scream while in it. He’s a tall baby and just didn’t fit in it anymore when the bulky headrest couldn’t be removed so it squished his shoulders. He would also get hot while in the car seat. Other than the fact that it’s a heavy car seat, I did like it for the first couple of months.. especially the one button handle feature. However, I would not recommend this car seat to others based on the headrest flaw. 3 months in and we already had to buy a new car seat... save your money and go with something else from the start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s been a very good fit for my 32 week preemie baby. He fits very snug and sleeps peacefully through car rides in this car seat. Its lightweight and being able to adjust the handle with just one button is super convenient. The base is also very simple to install. Overall good quality, feels secure, and easy to use.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CARSEAT! I would recommend to anybody I’ve had this one since my son was born and he sleeps almost every car ride not to include the safety rate!

Baby outgrew it because of headrest!

I thought this car seat would be awesome but my son is only 4 months and the headrest literally bends his ears over when you place him in it. It’s on the highest setting and my son is only 16 lbs. he gets so hot in this seat and screams every ride. I have the parameter stroller and love that but I needed this to work especially for the money as a single parent and teacher who needs to make every dollar stretch! So disappointed! Forget the aesthetics next time and make sure it accommodates baby’s comfort and safety next time!

Preemie friendly

My twins were born at 29 weeks, I read alot of reviews from moms that also had preemies and they said that this car seat helped their babies pass the “car seat test” before leaving the NICU. Well both of my babies passed their test on the first attempt so I will have to agree
