Great car seat

Let me tell you it is so easy to install and adjust, it grows with the baby through their first few months of life, offers great support and to top it off he loves it!! It’s his favorite napping spot. If you are looking for a car seat that is easy to us, especially when you have baby in one hand and groceries in the other than look not further!!!!

I will start by saying, i don't write reviews, however in this circumstance i felt obliged to pass on my story... I have been utilizing the Graco SnugRide for all three of my children. I've always liked the seat, it rated well on consumer report, and was very easy to use. You always hope that you'll never have to use the seat for it's true purpose, but this past weekend it was put to the test. My wife was traveling on a local freeway going 70 mph with my 8 month old daughter sitting in the back. Someone was speeding along and slammed into the back of my wife's car sending her spinning at high speeds crashing several times into the median totaling the car beyond repair. Her first instinct was of course to the child and her safety who immediately began crying, but she couldn't get back to her and had to try calming her as best she could. Once the paramedics arrived and got a good look at my daughter, they found absolutely no problems. She wasn't hurt, no bruising, she was just a little shaken up with the events that preceded. They went to the hospital afterwards for checks and x-rays, and they found no ill effects from the accident. I can't imagine what i would have done had something happened, and seeing the aftermath days later that could have easily been the case. I have Graco to thank for their commitment to quality products. I would recommend this seat to any parent looking to protect their children.
