Very bulky and heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this because it was an affordable travel system and seemed to be what we were looking for. However, when we received it was SO HEAVY. I couldn’t lift it without struggling and I cannot imagine lifting it from my car and out with an infant in it. I also didn’t like that it didn’t have enough padding. It was very bulky, even my husband who is 6 ft tall thought it was heavy and bulky. Also i got it with the Graco Nest modes stroller and it didn’t click in from one side at all. I am not sure if that was the stroller or the car seats issue because I returned it asap. Do not get this if you want a light or moderate car seat. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls short in several areas

I have the same complaint as many others. My brand new baby has no head support. No matter how I adjust the shoulder straps to be as snug as they can be and make sure he’s in the proper position, his little head ends up flopping all the way over and I have to constantly adjust him or sit in the backseat while someone else drives so I can keep an eye on him. Additionally we have the same issue with the canopy that others mention. It absolutely is not the proper fit and cannot Velcro to both sides at the same time. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets too hot

I bought this carseat in black. I have a 4 month old baby. She gets super hot and sweaty in this carseat. Even with the air conditioner on in the car she gets too hot. She cries because she gets so hot. I would not recommend for anyone to buy it.

AWFUL

used this car seat for 9 months with my first child in 2021 and then installed it for baby #2 and the car seat gets stuck in the base. I finally got it out after pulling with force for almost 10 minutes. It was stored correctly and it should last longer than that but I was told it's not under warranty and I can still use the seat and do a baseless install which is not practical for everyday use. I will not buy or recommend another graco product as they don't stand behind their products.

So easy to use!

I love how easy it is to pop this seat in and out of the base! I'm a new mom, and I was able to install it and start using it right away on my own. I like the amount of cushion that the seat has- my baby is nice and cozy in it. I also know that he is very well protected.
I've tried this in 3 vehicles and it fits perfectly behind the seat. We've used it in a Subaru Outback, Chevy Tahoe and a Denali truck. I've also used this in my stroller that has an adapter to work with Click Connect car seats and it works perfectly. He falls asleep and enjoys the ride.
The design is modern, and goes with just about everything. We've been using this for about a month and I look forward to using it until my baby grows out of it. I did receive this at no cost in exchange for my honest review.

I'm in love!

This car seat is by far my absolute favorite, I just can't get past how easy it was to install. No sitting on it, pushing it down and hoping it for right, it just fit the first time, and I feel confident that my baby will be safe. And it doesn't feel bulky and huge in my smaller car. The quality of the car seat itself is just fantastic, I love the canopy, it's soft and flexible, obviously not made of cheap material. And the seat feels comfortable and secure. Plus!! The pattern is just adorable, great for a girl or boy, which I like because while I have a little lady I like to have more neutral colors. While I did receive this in exchange for my review I would gladly purchase this for a friend or filter member, it's the best quality car seat I have seen in a long time.

The seat did not fit snuggly in the base that came with it. I didn’t feel safe with the amount of wiggle present, ended up returning the whole car seat and ordered the LX version with the upgraded base.

Great design and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in combination with a fast action jogger that is also foldable and fit great in my trunk. The car seat clicks and connects very easy, installs in minutes along with car base, extra leg room when I ride at the front- having a Toyota Corolla 2019. Baby loves it and feels safe and comfy in it - we used it to relocate from Florida to Arizona when he was 2 months old and it worked great with the long distance... Soothing when baby is teething also for long and short rides.
I would recommend this to a friend!
