[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this car seat for my first born before he was born and it has grown with him. For the most part, I like this car seat because it's the only one I'll need for him but there are a few things I don't like. 1. I feel like it's bulkier than other car seats on the market. 2. The cupholders will not stay put. They are always falling out. 3. The fabric has not held up. There are little pulls on the seat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this car seat for my little one for about two months. It was so easy to install (unlike many other car seats I’ve dealt with in the past). I’ve been able to move it between cars in just a few minutes! I love having a strong sense of security that my baby is in a car seat that is safe and secure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like everything about this car seat except the installation process. Love the fact that it provides more leg room so my baby can be in the facing position for longer. Biggest issue is the installation process, I absolutely hate it. Donno why the seat installation is not simpler? Why do you need two people to push and pull to install the seat? Just make it easy and dummy proof so people like me can install it.

Features are great but always a loose belt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 2 of these car seats replaced by Graco and still the same problem (even with brand new ones!). The left side belt is always a little loose and can never be fully tightened like the right belt. I don't think this causes any safety issue but it is very annoying!

Please improve this neck part.

1.wrong neck angle
2. Too thick vision
3. Cupholder is not attachable. It's fixed.
I've been using for 2 years. It was ok to use.
But this has serious problem of neck angle. It would be much more safe if there was any extra cusions to keep baby head down. He couldn't breath well when he was younger. It had more deeper angle on the neck part. I feel so much nervous whenever I drive because that always make my kid fell his head off too easily and it gives neck pain to my baby. And the more baby grows it's more uncomfortable for his neck. Also he starts to feel stuffy and get sweat alot from the thick cushion.
Wish there were better cusion on that seat for his head. How about making GRACO COOLING SEAT/Neck support cusion for each models? It would be the best without this big issue.. I'm going to change his seat...
