Nice seat BUT it rattles

I purchased this seat about 2 weeks ago and initially loved it - it's very stylish, the baby seems to find it comfortable, and it was easy to install. The first time I drove with the seat in the car I heard this weird rattle noise. After investigating I've learned it's the headrest part of the seat! It rattles constantly. Even when the baby is in the seat. I am SO freaking disappointed. I have a ton of Graco stuff, including an old Graco bucket seat, and haven't had an issue. The kicker for me is that this seat is expected to be used for YEARS now, so I am stuck with a rattling seat.

Awesome seat BUT...

Love the seat, love that it “grows” with the child, sturdy and safe and everything one could love.
But THE RATTLE is the most obnoxious thing in the history of car seats.
I won’t buy another or recommend to others because of it. I’d rather buy 4 seats than listen to that again.

Too Big for our Vehicles.

This will not fit in the back of our cars. I drive a Volvo SUV and my husband drives a Volkswagen station wagon. We can squeeze it in tightly if we put both front seats all the way up, but even then we cannot use the recline feature or the extend feature. We are tall people and so is our baby, so this is not even an option. We bought 2, the one that goes up to 65 lbs and the one that goes up to 120 lbs, both useless unless we were to buy Tahoes or similarly huge vehicles. I’m so disappointed.

Rattle

I just bought this seat after our previous Graco extend2fit 3 in 1 was in an accident. Today is the first day I have driven my vehicle with my daughter not in the seat. OH MY GOSH, the rattle is insane. I cannot deal with that and will be looking to return the seat, which is a disappointment. I really the the features and how snug in it she is, but I cannot deal with the rattle and I cannot only drive my vehicle with my daughter in her seat. Very disappointed.

Great Satisfaction and Demand in Brazil

I bought one extended and a regular one. Both are excellent and all parents here in Brazil love these chairs. Every time I go to the US, there are many friends asking me to bring one of that.

Wish my baby didn't look uncomfortable in it

I like this car seat it has good features I like that you can recline it back and extend to make more room to be rear-facing longer the only problem is my daughter does not look comfortable in it whatsoever her chin is being pushed down to her chest. I've read a lot of review saying the same thing but I ignored it and was hoping that it wouldn't be the same problem with us. But it is. Every time I put her in it she whines like she's not comfortable she was never like that with her infant car seat. I've tried all the different reclining positions to see if that would fix it but it doesn't. Its balanced the way It's supposed to be. It's the car seat it's self it is thicker where her head is and gets thinner as it goes down which explains the problem. Don't understand why they would make the car seat that way. Don't buy if that bothers you. Cause I'm not the only one with this problem. Everything els on this car seat is nice. Tightening and un-tightening on the other hand is not so easy when rear facing

Confident my baby is SAFE!

I switched my now 21 month old son out of the infant car seat to the extend2fit at 6 months. He is so comfortable in this seat even now at 21 months. I instantly felt more safe with him in this seat. It is SO easy to use, the latch system is a great feature as well as the easy rise seat back. I love that it can grow with him so i can keep him rear facing longer than with other seats. I recommend this seat to literally every mom I know and will absolutely buy a second when i have another baby. Hands down best car seat around!

Poor fabric quality!!!

We’ve had this car seat in our secondary vehicle. Rarely used since it’s in our secondary vehicle. I took it apart to wash it for the first time because my 15 MO old had a dirty diaper leackage. I washed it with Dreft (baby laundry detergent) in cold water and on delicate cycle like the manual advises. The stitching came apart and the fabric seemed disintegrated!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
