beautiful dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher, just have two complaints, maybe three. 1 the handle keeps coming loose and my husband has to continually tighten it back up. 2 the top rack when it's raised all the way up, pulls the rubber gasket out of the corner of the washer, had to have a tech come and replace it. 3 I have still never been able to connect it to the app and am very disappointed by that, and the response that I was given by the rep on the phone when I called for service. 4 the instructions or how to use feature sheet or owner's manual was not helpful or user friendly. this dishwasher does a lot (i think) but I have no idea how to do it because I can't get it to connect to the app and I can't find any info in the owner's manual, very disappointing
