Could use more quantity control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle came off five months as the set screw wasn’t tight enough. Couldn’t adjust the top rack as the set screws were too tight. The repair person knew exactly what the problems were as he’d seen these problems before. It is the quietest dishwasher we’ve ever had though.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exhaust fan is too loud and whines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We configured the exhaust to blow out horizontally to an outside wall vent, which works just fine; but, the blower noise is way too loud. And even at low speeds, it has an annoying whine. Otherwise we're very happy with the microwave.

Just wish that for the price it had the new rack features of the Kitchenaid. Not sure why it has WiFi... haven't used that feature yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JennAir JDTSS244GL was exactly what we were looking for when remodeling our kitchen. Class look, great functionality, high quality and durability. Also a sleek look with buttons hidden on the top panel and secure handle on the front. This dishwasher is whisper quiet. It will not disappoint. My only downside, which is very minor, is the silverware caddy has multiple size holes and each alternating hole is too small to fit the ends of my silverware. Which probably works out better as it creates more space between the silverware to clean better.
