Great Features - Small Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven 30 days ago and we are very pleased with it's operation. One point however was that 2 days into use the light on the upper oven went out. When trying to change the bulb the glass protector broke when trying to access the light. The Glass in this cover was faulty and also the oils that were put in the oven for protection caused the cover to be stuck in place.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven approximately 1 month ago. It has great features and easy to use and looks great. Only one issue so far. Had to change the bulb in the oven as it went out. However the oils that they applied caused the glass cover to become stuck in the oven and when trying to get the cover out it broke due to poor quality of glass and also the oils made the light cover stuck.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use

Great Features, when the oven works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our oven was installed in October. Since then, the control board has gone out several times. A replacement is still on order almost 6 months later. It always seems to go out around a holiday when you can't get service. Can you say frustrating?! The features available through the web look compelling (that's one of the reasons we bought this model), but we haven't used them yet. Setting the timer and the oven temp is a little annoying - you have to dial through the numbers rather than inputting the # and it has a very soft alert sound, but you do get a notice through the app that you've reached the temp or time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
