[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love my NXTBASE 222 DASH CAM. I really like the fact that it shows a great deal of detail of whatever is on the road. It was a very simple setup and didn't take too long. Another great feature of the NEXTBASE 222 DASH CAM that I like is the Intelligent Parking Mode because it automatically starts the recording process if there is any motion around my car. I'm a very pleased consumer!

Great Dash Cam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dash cam for the price. The click and go mount is wire free and makes removing it very easy. This camera has a high precision G sensor which records any sudden impact. Has a 140 degree wide viewing angle which is awesome when on the freeway. Buttons are easy access and have a perfect layout. I can’t review the night vision because I have not been able to use it yet. I would say that this camera is all you need for the road if your looking for an inexpensive yet great dash cam. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Good Starter Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good camera for a starter user, as it is very easy to set up. It is wireless, and uses an SD card to record. It is best you use the SD card from NXTBASE, per the user manual. Unfortunately, it only records up to 2 hours of footage, and also on a loop. I thought it connected to an app as described, however it does not have cloud storage, and is not wifi enabled or Bluetooth enabled. I would definitely upgrade this to one of those options to ensure I have the protection and insurance of the videos I need.

Decent camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera is okay. The quality isnt clear like they want you to believe. Can barely make out license plates with it. the mounting equipment given didn't work for me and kept falling off. Need your own SD card which is another added cost. overall, not worth it for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of accessories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quality dash cam, the video quality is excellent for its size and is very easy to use. The magnetic mount makes it very convenient to take the cam off the mount as I live in a very hot area and can not leave it in the window while not in use. The two different mounts were nice as I have the permanent one in my daily driver and took the suction cup one with me on my trip to use in my rental car. The cord is long enough that I could feed it thought my car so I didn’t have cords dangling in my way. Very good and versatile cam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this NXTBASE 222 DASH CAM! So easy to set up and install. Best feature by far is the magnetic windshield mount/suction cup that holds camera, the base sticks to the window with adhesive tape and the camera attaches to the base magnetically. Super easy to remove the camera whenever needed. Includes 2 cables, one to connect camera to PC and another to run along windshield to car’s power source. Video include speed and location. Has great software for PC. Parking mode detect collisions while parked and records object/person at fault. The menu was easy to navigate once I got the hang of it and which buttons performed what task. Camera shoots clear video and picks up audio within a certain distance. Takes SD card for the memory.
