Ordered the HDVRC20X81, with 2 wireless cameras, the doorbell, and 4 wired cameras. Initially upon receiving everything I was unable to
get a good signal, after some troubleshooting we were able to determine the issue was in the DVR wireless ports. A quick internet chat, and 3 short days later the new DVR arrived, and everything runs seemlessly, crystal clear, and exactly as I had hoped upon purchasing. The customer service was absolutely excellent they made what could’ve been a stressful situation very easy for me. I could not be happier with my new security system and would recommend to anyone considering a security system!

It is good product, the new DVR purchased to change with old DVR which donot support online viewing. but it is not showing good option to view channel on connected monitor. I had remote control old DVR. It is not working with new HC20X DVR.

I bought this a couple of months ago, there great , but the only downside is the 1080 system will not let you view all cameras at once, like my old does for fast veiwing.
