The mobile app needs improvements. Shut off channels not being used. Recordings should allow to jump around time lines.

The best!!!! I bought this because of skimpy activities on my block and I’m so glad I did. I’m even tempted to buy a whole system and keep as reserve, in case it breaks, but no - it’s still recording and storing as brand new. Very clear pics, night and day!!! I even have the police dept use the pics for investigative purpose. They were like, “wow, unbelievably clear.” Best part, I can listen to conversations from outside and speak to anyone outside, all from my phone!!! I speak to my dog when she’s outside also!!! It’s so amazing, I’d buy it again and again. Love it, love it.

Purchased and installed. Wireless cameras are awesome with sound recording also. Wired cameras have a spot light to deter thieves but 2 of the lights come on and 2 do not and I have the settings on all cameras with light turned off. One of the cameras is constantly in black and white and can’t get color but love them other than the one camera in black and white and can’t turn the spotlights off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Highly recommend the CX20 product for homeowners. It performed exactly as advertised right out of the box. It was easy to install and set up with the online app. Be sure to determine what space you want to observe because the motion detection and night vision has limitations.

Easy to install and used Netgear’s Powerline 1200 for my Ethernet connection. I was able to assign one password for all systems but needed to complete this prior to plugging in my Powerline 1200. Purchase the doorbell as well. Still learning how to retrieve recordings. With strong WiFi it’s pretty much plug & Play. In motion detection prepare for alerts on-time for review.
