The QcK Prism Cloth XL is easily one of the best hybrid mousepads I’ve used, especially for competitive FPS gaming.
First of all, the size is perfect. The XL version gives you plenty of room for both your keyboard and mouse, which is ideal if you’re playing on low sensitivity. No more running out of space during intense flicks or tracking moments.
The surface is where this mousepad really shines. It offers a smooth glide, but still maintains excellent control. It feels fast without being slippery. For games like Battlefield, Helldivers 2, or any fast-paced shooter, that balance between speed and stopping power is crucial — and this pad nails it.
The Prism RGB lighting around the edges looks clean and premium. It’s bright, fully customizable, and integrates well with SteelSeries GG software. It doesn’t feel gimmicky — it actually adds to the overall setup aesthetic.
The base has a solid non-slip grip. Once it’s on your desk, it stays there. No shifting, even during aggressive gameplay sessions.
Build quality is top-tier. The stitched edges prevent fraying, and the cloth surface feels durable enough to last a long time, even with heavy daily use.

Perfect glide and lighting, but quite pricey

I've been using the QcK Prism Cloth - XL
alongside my Aerox 5 Wireless and Arctis Nova 7,
and the ecosystem integration is flawless. The RGB synchronization via SteelSeries Engine is perfect, creating a seamless lighting transition across all my devices.
One of the standout features for me is the
extra-long cable, which makes clean cable
management behind the desk incredibly easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the comfort; the RGB stitching along the edges is soft and practically unnoticeable under my wrist during long sessions, which isn't always the case with illuminated pads.
The only real downside is that it is quite expensive
for a mousepad. However, if you are already
invested in the SteelSeries ecosystem and want
that premium, unified look, the performance and
build quality make it a strong addition to any setup.

Inmy opinion too expensive for what it offers. RBG light are amazing but it is still only a mousepad and should not cost this much. Other then that everything else is superb, quality is top notch.

I’ve been using the SteelSeries QcK Prism XL for a while now, and it definitely doesn't disappoint. The surface is exactly what you'd expect from SteelSeries: extremely smooth and accurate for both low and high DPI settings. The RGB lighting is bright, and the two zones are very easy to customize via the software. It’s large enough to fit both my keyboard and mouse, which gives my entire desk a clean and organized look. It's a top-tier choice for any gamer who wants performance with a bit of flair!

Tracking: The micro-woven cloth feels fantastic; I've experienced zero stutters or jitters in-game.

Cons
Cable Placement: The connection is on the left and can sometimes get in the way of other desk accessories.

Dust Magnet: Lint and dust are quite visible on the black surface, though it's luckily easy to wipe clean.
Initial Flatness: It didn't lay perfectly flat right out of the box. It took some time and a bit of "massaging" the material to finally get it to sit completely flush with the desk.
