ok but it is different from a few years ago. that was a better blend liked it better then the current cup, but it is still a good cup of coffee

Quality Control Issues

We are on our third order of Tully's Coffee. While I love the flavor, there are major issues with quality control. The K cups are filthy dirty inside all of the boxes, I have to wipe them down prior to use with a paper towels. Also I have grounds spilling out into the coffee cup where they are not remaining in their filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
