Kcups are not good!

I bought 2 12 pk boxes of Tullys Hawaiian kcups from a local grocery store. I bought them because we've had them before and loved the flavor. Out of 24 kcups only 4 worked. I don't know why. We cleaned the Keurig. Other competitors kcups worked just fine before and after. We'd throw a Tullys in thinking it's good, it will work. No. Of a 12 Oz. Cup we barely were able to get half of that. As much as we live the flavor I will not buy again because I won't want to risk throwing away 20 cups out of 24.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wasn't expecting much from a Hawaiian blend to begin with, but this coffee needs to be renamed leaving Hawaiian out of it.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity

I been drinking Tully's Hawaiian Extra bold ever since I knew it existed. Which was long enough to burn out a Keurig coffee maker PLUS 5 or so years. "A VERY LONG TIME."

I ordered this 6 boxes of this coffee 3 months ago, and when the shipment arrived, it was one box short. Customer service immediately sent a voucher/coupon code for a free box of coffee for next order. This past week I re-ordered the same coffee, same number, and using the coupon code. My total bill was adjusted accordingly. I just received the shipment, but I WAS SHORT ONE BOX! AGAIN!! WHAT KIND OF GIG YOU RUNNING OVER THERE?!! Anyone else have this trouble? Customer service is sending a box this time, but I'm short a total of two boxes. I'm also waiting on a phone call from them.

Tasteless, not a bold blend at all. In fact if you like your coffee weak this is for you.
