This is a surprisingly great combination of coffee taste with a hint of sweetness from the chocolate and coconut. I simply had to buy more.

New look--New flavor

This flavor had yellow tops before and was GREAT!! You tasted the rich chocolate/coconut flavor. I praised the flavor, and served it to my visitors---now what do I do? I will try to return the other box--even though I never did it before---but I honestly tried to like it.
Cons: No Chocolate Flavor, No Coconut Flavor, Not As Strong Or Rich, Terrible Aftertast, As The "yellow Top" Kcups, Terrible Aftertaste

You know when they put "New look, same great flavor!" on the box, things are not going to turn out well. I still had some of the yellow topped cups, but I thought I'd try one from the new box I just bought last night. The coffee came out faster (not a good sign) and looked more pale (again, not a good sign.) Not the same luscious aroma of chocolate or coconut. The coffee tastes kind of watery, not bold. A big disappointment. Why "fix" something when it ain't broke? First Wolfgang Puck's "Jamaican Me Crazy" coffee was discontinued and now this one has been ruined for me. What's a girl to do?
Cons: No Coconut Flavor, More Watery, No Chocolate Flavor

I purchased this for the younger folks in our office. When I asked them how they liked it, I was told it "slaps" and it was "bussin'". I'm not sure, but I think that is pretty high praise. I know it didn't last very long.

Beware--They've changed it, and not for the better.

I enjoyed this product every day for well over a year. Then, suddenly, they decided to change the formulation for some reason. The packaging went from yellow topped K-cups to white and they tried to pass off the coffee as "new package, same great taste!" but it isn't so. I used to be able to smell the chocolate aroma from a foot away when it was brewing. Now, it's indistinguishable even when my nose is in the mug. I like my coffee black and I refuse to add creamer just to make this palatable. You'll notice that they've wiped out all previous reviews and are starting over. I will never understand why companies take a good product and ruin it with unnecessary changes. If it's to cut production costs, then they are being penny-wise and pound-foolish. It's too bad. I used to really like this coffee. Emphasis on the "used to."
Cons: No Chocolate Flavor, No Aroma Like Before, No Coconut Flavor
