Very mild. This one does not taste burnt. It is very smooth. My favorite of the unflavored coffees.

I first tried the Green Mountain Breakfast Blend for my morning coffee, but after finding the Caribou Daybreak Blend I have a new early morning favorite. This is a good light coffee to pair with a sweet pastry for breakfast! There is no acidy feeling in your stomach; it is indeed very tasty and light.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma

This is a very smooth, delicious mild blend. It's not bitter so for me, it requires no sugar (just the barest drop of creamer) and it's absolutely wonderful. I, too, wish it was sold in the 80 count boxes because I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I start my day with this blend, and even my husband who usually drinks Jet Fuel and extra bold blends enjoys this particular blend black.
I like a light roasted east African coffee. This fits the bill! It is just wonderful. You won't like it if you like Starbucks. But if you want a wonderful taste of coffee, not burned, with some citrus notes to it, this is it. I absolutely love it.
While brewing I could smell the acid in this Blend. It has an interesting flavor alright, but I wouldn't consider that a pro. (lol) Even doctoring it up with my cinnamon trick (when you come across an acidic/bitter coffee, a dash of cinnamon usually does the trick), which helped a little. It still had a bitter aftertaste. How ever the Caribou Blend...Now that's a good cup of coffee!
Pros: Balanced Acidity
Cons: Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
