Lots of fun to ride. I’m 8 years old and I love it. The only problems are that my brother constantly wants to borrow it and my Mom won’t let me ride it in the house!

Broke way too easy. Company did not replace.

Within a few days of purchasing the hover board my son was carrying it to charge it and he dropped it from his waist height, which is about 2 feet. It was NOT a hard fall.
The hub cap cracked and has caused it to be completely unusable. I am surprised that a toy made for a child could be completely broken from such a small mistake.
I do not think an item like this should be able to be ruined so easily.
Needless to say, he was very upset that he lost his new toy. I tried to file a warranty claim but you guys offered me a small discount ( maybe 10%) off a new one.
I’m upset with how this product held up and how the company chose to handle it. It was a waste of our money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

-Speaker Quality | The sound quality on this hoverboard is pretty poor. Music doesn’t sound good or normal; it sounds a little distorted aswell. (I tested this on multiple up-to-date devices to make sure it wasn’t just my device.)
-The app | I like the app, it has handy features, but when configuring your hoverboards settings. Some of the sliders like the speed and turning sensitivity sliders for the hoverboard just move back to what they were after you make your change and apply it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super Fun for the Whole Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has had soo much fun riding this self-balancing scooter! It has quickly become one of our favorite things to do! This Jetson is very well-made and does exactly as advertised. I was quite suprised at how easily and quickly my kids learned how to use this, even my husband and I have mastered riding with ease. I love that this is Blue-tooth connected and paired with my phone immediately so we could hear our favorite tunes while riding. The speakers are loud and clear and its like having an outdoor party! I was thrilled that this arrived in the box already charged, simply took it out and was ready to use immediately. The tires are thick and all terrain, the foot space is perfect, the LEDs on each side give it some extra pizazz, everything about this machine is Fabulous! LOVE IT !

Fun to ride

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jetson Self Balancing Scooter is such a great product. It can be hard to balance when first trying to get on it. I had to get use to the way it felt since it makes me feel like I am going to fall off at any moment. It really is a balancing act. There is very little movement needed to go forward, backward or to go in a circle. With just a little tilt forward, the scooter will move. Tilt slightly backward and it would go backwards. Leaning to the right will allow the scooter to turn towards that direction and if desired going around in a circle. This scooter can provide hours of entertainment.
