Better off with the low price ones

All terrain is a joke. Sits low, you hit an anthill your doomed. Grass areas no go. If warped surface you’ll learn the “side”. This is my second one. First was plane no bells or whistles. But lost that in a building fire. Loved it! So figure this time I try all terrain and music lights app, right! Gonna be set, I thought. Boy wasn’t that a laugh. App ok set speed great! Kinda! Lights, awesome can see my path, nope another lost there! Headlamp it is. Now Bluetooth, gotta be banging? Well if 1/4 volume makes ur ears bleed from extortion static like music, I hate hear 1/2 volume. So over all not one of the bells or the whistles are to good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome customer service

Great product and even better customer service. We needed a new charger and the customer service was so great to work with to get a new charger. These were gifts for my grandchildren last Christmas amd they use them all the time yet. Well worth the money!

Very sturdy and great features

Never ending fun

My daughter age 8 loves this!!! When you open the box you can immediately see the quality of the product! Great wheels even works outside! Heavy duty, sturdy and overall amazing quality. If you're on the fence don't be because it really is fantastic! Also the customer service is great too you can not beat thos hoverboard!

Uncoordinated pre-teen is riding a hooverboard!

My 12 yr old daughter, that seems to get stuck in the weirdest places, got a Jetson Flash yesterday! I was waiting for the crash to take her to the doctor. But that hasn't happened!! She got a hang of the balancing really fast. This board has been so much fun in the short time we've had it in the house.
