The board works great. The reason for 3 stars is the left wheel is making a squeaky sound going in reverse. We had the hoverboard for 2 weeks now and was not used a lot or abused

Didn’t include charging cable

This is what they sent me. A used wrong model “flash” without a charger. Scuffs and scratches were all over it. Terrible quality control. Was going to take 7-10 days for them to have the charger it was supposed to come with delivered to me. Shady company!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hoverboard Flash

Worked great when we bought it for 6 months or so. Now it just turns on a beeps have called support numerous times and have gotten nowhere

Disappointed

I have bought 3 Jetson products, 2 hoverboards and a scooter. I sent the flash back 3 times due to it not working and it stopped working again and the warranty is over. I bought another hoverboard and it did the same thing. I have given up on jetsen and at this point it’s just a waste of money. I have 2 non working hoverboards! I will not be purchasing a 3rd one!

Lost charger and won't work

I had this and after I got a new charger and plugged it in it wouldn't turn on/troubleshooting and I even looked for troubleshooting and it just doesn't work and I looked if something was wrong

Great gift! 10 year old absolutely loves it!

I bought about 2 years ago. Best gift my 10 year old ever had according to her. She was able to sync it to her i phone and used it daily. I made one mistake took her and it on vacation and left the charger somewhere. I’ve tried ordering a new charger with no luck. She still has it in her room incase i one day am successful in obtaining a charger. Honestly she loves it prayerfully I can get her charger issue taken care of with summer break upon us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought it for my 10 year kid and it is so smooth and easy to ride . Even i am riding this (200lbs) its great

Thanks for the five star review on the Flash Hoverboard. The Flash does have a weight limit of 200lbs but is such a great ride. Keep making moves!
