Rather a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this double oven for our kitchen remodel and we're really not impressed. When I think Jenn Air I was thinking I was getting a product that is clearly better then the average appliance, but not so. It takes forever and a day to pre-heat. I've owned GE appliances that heat up in about 4 minutes this one takes 15 or more. Their solution...take the extra racks out. How annoying is that? Put the racks somewhere else in the kitchen to help the oven heat up faster. I think programming the oven to kick on all the elements at high during pre-heat would be a better option. The control panel is just plain annoying. It has a scrolling feature that never seems to do what you want it to do. The selections either spin past what you want, or move into place, then return to their original location. Again, annoying. The overall physical quality of the product is good. It has a nice look and feels solid. Its function need a lot of rework.

Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
