Have had fo a year, and it has had some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the oven for about a year. We had to have our house redone because of a flood, and the house was completed at the beginning of September last year. We were excited about using the double oven for Thanksgiving, and that worked fine, but I started having problems with the smaller oven because it wouldn't close all the way or get hot around Christmas. Big problem. Anyway, had someone come out and fixed it. We thought it was fixed, but it stopped working again. I am now getting it repaired again this week in July. I really hope they can fix it because it's a great feature to have and this stove/oven was expensive.
I do like the griddle area more than I thought I would especially after learning how to clean it properly and shine it up with one part vinegar and three parts water
Would I reccommend it? Yes, if you can get one that doesn't break down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 25-year old 48” Jenn Air with a 2025 model. We loved our old one. The new one is amazing. Absolutely fantastic. We use it extensively for meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our house built and moved in December 2025. The two ovens did not work. Had to submit a warranty claim first week of owning this oven. Major components had to be replaced. And now there is a piece that’s loose on the smaller oven that we have to try to order. Beautiful appliance but disappointed thus far.

Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use
