Confusing interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is powerful and generally works fine, but has a confusing interface. I (a software engineer) was completely unable to hook it up to the Jenn Air app and wasted hours of time trying. Once of twice something incomprehensible happens, like yesterday I tried to bake at 300F but it would not start when I pressed the button. The only way I could get it to start was turn it to 350F, start it and then turn it back to 300F. Weird.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know. Induction is the way to go. It’s better for the planet. But, I’m old. And I have reduced my carbon footprint in all other aspects. And, honestly, it feels worth the compromise. I’ve never had a range that gave me more control. I set out to buy another brand’s product but a 6 month wait and higher price pushed me to the Jenn Air. I’m so glad I went with it. I had the range in store in 3 weeks, and installed 2 weeks after that. Go with the Jenn Air. You won’t be sorry.

Beautiful but buggy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We fell in love with the rugged and beautiful style of this JennAir range. However, now that we’ve been using it for about 6 months we have discovered numerous issues. The electronics are buggy, sometimes the stove will fail to start or not change settings (say from bake to broil) when the knobs are changed. The resolution on the burners is terrible as well. ‘High simmer’ is too low and ’Low’ is too high for some applications. It’s also very difficult to tell where in the burner range you are.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use
