love the features that one gets but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really is 4 1/2-Love the clean lines- top of stove - burners are great- oven takes a bit of getting used to- but the convection parts are wonderful the oven grates really arent placed well- especially the bottom rack - way too low- hits right into oven door - and cannot really remove items from oven safely need to fix that for the price the middle should have been included - would have liked that- but overall I am really happy with this gas range One last thing the third rack should be included automatically learned it is out of stock and who knows how long I will have to wait for it i bake and need that third rack
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this product a moth ago and the kind of money we paid for it It did not meet the expectations i only cooked on the back of the stove once and back of the bar got burned with flames I tried to clean it but couldn't get off I didn't want to use anything else to scratch it Not very satisfied with it high end product but material is not high end i would not recommend it to any one else

Love the stove - smart app setup very difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the stove about to months ago and enjoy the high btu burners and quick heating gas stove. To get the smart app to work, had to call technical support twice since the model wasn't available in the application and stove had trouble registering. They were able to resolve by downgrading the model in their system instead of fixing the application. The other item I haven't been able to work properly is the temperature probe with the smart application. Probably should call support again. I think this stems from what the did with the model change or maybe it is me. Overall pleased with the stove itself; the technology integration team needs to step up their game especially when there is no display on the device and need to keep their application current.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 36" range in our vacation home and I love it, but when I purchased the newer model 30" range for our home I was very disappointed. It does not have a digital read out so unless you hook up to WiFi you do not have a timer or a preheat setting. Also, the burner grate opening is so big that you can not use a small pan on it without it falling through. It also only has two racks (my other one has 3).
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Unstable, Hard To Use
