[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit yesterday. I have used it several times on my knee after a partial knee surgery. The purchase was recommended by my physical therapist. I love the unit, it works great. The only bad thing, I wish it would have come with its own carrying case.

I love that this unit is wireless. Was easy to set up, even for me. They might should say in instructions, for un-technology people like me, to remove from charger before you try to pair with cell phone. Lol
I received the unit yesterday and am not sure how I survived without it. I have sever degenaritive disc disease in lower back. Levels of intensity and different modes are great. I even tried the Microcurrent feature for a 30 minute session last night. I am sure I'll receive many years of pain relief help with this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some changes needed

The cost every thirty days is too much. The unit is great, some tweaking to the startup would be nice, ie, it takes several clicks to get to the maximum setting which I use!
I recommend that the engineers use what we call (industrial engineers) "value engineering"! Instead of requiring the purchase of a complete stick on the unit, just engineer the pads to be able to peel off and replace it with another pad. This should reduce costs to a reasonable level.
Also, I am going to return my unit since I still am within the 30 days, however, there doesn't seem to be a link to easily return the product. This should be easy also.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great portable tens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this unit a few months ago and it is great. It is so easy to use with the app on your phone. I go for physical therapy and this unit works just as well as the units at the therapist. I can place the pads exactly where my pain is and control from the phone. My husband and I fight over it . Every time my son is over he asks to use it. I am actually surprising him with one for Christmas.

Very Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 weeks ago. I use it almost daily to ease the pain in my knee from a combination of arthritis and scar tissue. It always feels better after a session though not sure it will heal anything. Only time will tell. Also, not sure how often I will need to replace the sticky pad.

I like being able to do the tens therapy at home with similar results to those in a physical therapy office! The unit comes with a charger and is very easy to use. It comes with 2 pads which are quite wide. The product is a great home therapy asset !

Great for pain relief in shoulder, knee and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised by how easy this was to set up and operate. There are 2 different sized pads, each controlled easily by the downloaded free app on my smartphone. I suggest making sure that your skin is dry and free of lotions or perfume before applying the sticky pads. First, I used it for a few days on my sore shoulders to which I could definitely feel relief. Now my right knee which I have arthritis and a meniscus tear in it is less painful. I use different levels and pulse settings for different parts of my body. This tens unit holds a charge for hours which to me, is convenient. I owned a different tens unit years ago and there is NO comparison. The Omron - Avail Wireless, Dual Channel TENS Unit is 100 times better quality, more powerful and has more settings. Plus is more convenient being rechargeable. I recommend this unit for muscle pain relief and also nerve pain.

Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! Setting it up was so easy! After downloading the app it was a cinch to pair with the TENS unit. Initial charging only took a little over an hour. I used it on my lower back and was very happy with results! Its a keeper!
