What a disappointment

I had the same case for my S9, so I was happy to see that they also made it for the S10. However, it's not nearly the same case. The only thing that is similar, is the grooved finish in the back, and the kickstand.
The edges, both sides and top and bottom are a joke. This new case has a thin rubber edge unlike the robust rubber and hard plastic from the previous generation. Not only has the perimeter protection been lowered, it's also not as tight-fitting as it was for the S9. It's loose enough, that I am already looking for an alternative since I don't think I can trust this case to stay on in all circumstances.
So to recap: The top and bottom edges are about 1/4th as thick as they were in the S9 case, and the sides are about 1/2 as thick. This went from being the best case out there, to a lightweight flimsy case to get you by until you can find something better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Case

I don't know why people are complaining about certain things on this case. IF THE KICKSTAND POPS OFF, JUST LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONES, YOU CAN SIMPLY CLIP IT BACK ON! The case has trimmed some of the fat around the top and sides, which makes it much easier to pull on and off. If you need something more rugged, get an Otterbox. This is a great combination of rugged and slim. Only issue I have is that some things cant use wireless powershare with this case. Other than that, this one is much less bulky than my note 9 or s9+ was.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trusted it and broke my screen

Had it on for a little over a month, when it slipped from a table and fell screen down and broke the screen at 2 spots. What military grade testing was done on this??

Like the case...but

I really like how slim the cases. Kickstands work as they should, seems to protect the phone properly. But there's one big flaw... I can't get wireless power share to work through the case. This is made by Samsung it should work with everything.

Balance between profile and protection

I purchased this case because I had the rugged case for the S9 Plus, and I too expected some bulk and heft. I think Samsung tried to strike a balance between adding more bulk to the S10 and making a case that provided more protection than most cases. I think they achieved that with this case. The rear of the case provides more than enough protection, and the kickstands are very useful. I think that as an adult, one should know the limitations of lightweight plastic material. So for me, I know breaking the kickstands will not be an issue. I'll admit that I wouldn't trust this case in the event of a fall flat on the screen - but then again, if you want 100% protection for the screen because your hands are greasy and practically made of butter, get an ugly Otterbox. I'll use this case mostly for travel or if I go hiking, etc, and use a slimmer clear case day to day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This case is just glorified plastic. There is nothing "rugged" about it. Also, the kickstand is super flimsy. I'm very careful with my belongings, but even I'm worried I may break it.
I also wish this thing supported portrait standing. You may only stand it up in landscape mode, which makes little sense considering the Always On Display function only works in portrait mode (with the exception of only one clock style).

Lost a Kickstand after 10 days

I only had it for 10 days and one of the kickstands (the bigger one, with the Samsung logo) broke/fell off and was lost. I'm so disappointed over the poor quality. This was the first Samsung case I've ever bought and will be the last. I wish I still had the packaging so that I could return it. :(

Very disappointed to receive this case. It looked great online, but the quality just isn't at all as described! It's a flimsy, single piece and doesn't prevent anything from happening to the face of the device. There are 2 kickstands and I see immediately how other reviewers said it would fall off. RETURNED!
