Backwards

I recently purchased this case for my new S10 since I was familiar with the S9 case. I got to say, Samsung definitely went backwards on this accessory. The material is made up of plastic unlike the older case and it's a finger print magnet! I literally can not keep this case clear or clean. I've also tested the case to see how well itll attached to the phone and I'm afraid is not protective at all. The phone snaps right off with little pressure on the case. Samsung also got rid of their magnetic flip stand feature which was amazing. I only wish this case was like the last, than the price would of been reasonable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money

I bought this case when I got my phone, about six months later my wife dropped the phone and the display stopped turning off and on when the cover was opened and closed. Thinking that the drop had damaged the case I shelled out another round for a second case. This morning, about six months after buying this new case, my phone wanted a restart. When the restart was done once again the case stopped working. I have restarted the phone, removed and reinstalled the case, and nothing works. The phone once again does not recognize the case. Very disappointed with both the phone and the case, I won't be buying another Samsung product.

Doesn't protect the phone well.

I bought this case along with my new samsung galaxy s10 as there wasnt many other options because the phone is still quite new. The case itself looks like it protects the phone well because of the closing top that covers the screen. this however isn't true. There are no magnets to keep the cover in place which means that every time you accidentally drop your phone, the cover flips open and your phone face plants on the ground with nothing to protect the screen unless you have a glass screen protector on. I learned the hard way. This happened to me several times and I've only had my phone for a few weeks and its already scratched.... I've had other samsung phones for years without a single scratch and this cover made me get scratches in just a few weeks. I'm now looking for other phone covers and screen protectors that actually protect. I don't recommend the samsung covers and screen protectors sadly. They make great phones but bad protective gear for them.

Why are you selling the blue cell phone, but not a blue cover. I had the S8 previously and bought a blue flip cover that fit very well. The color choices are black, white and green!!

HIgh Tech Design Gone Wrong

Have come to expect great design from Samsung so we are shocked that this case is so slick. At least make the back side in a material which doesn't make it slide like a hockey puck on ice. It's actually more slick than the phone. The back side of case should be thicker so more protective if dropped, and also non-skid so not easily knocked off table.
