Turns off after 10 minutes

The software for this case is defective. The case turns off on it's own after 10 minutes. Have to go back into settings to turn it back on. I searched online for fixes and many other users are experiencing the same problems. I don't think it's the product itself but the actual software for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This case is cool when it comes to the light up effect. The problem is it caused a lot of headaches to my actual phone service. I could not get anything to work (Internet, etc.), my text messages would not go through and my calls dropped. After a lot of troubleshooting I found out it was the cover. It also drained my battery within hours. I am very disappointed because as I mentioned it looks cool. The other negative reviews are correct in the fact that the customization and lighting only works briefly.

Unpracticle and Not Dirty Proof

Not user friendly with magnetic holders. (i.e. : the lid/top cover flops around, causing the screen to go off and on) I am using a Galaxy S10 Plus/512GB. The white color for this case should of had more protection against getting dirty. My thinking was oh cool, I can have something white that will probably be EZ to clean(Why would the manufacturer have a color such as "White" that you would not be able to keep it this way; right?).... I have clean mine with the recommended procedure, but the "white" color is starting to look like a a very "light grey". Bad choice on the color and not very practical to use with cell phone holders. I regret this purchase!

Bought it because i thought i was going to be able to customize it a lot more and it would still blink the notification until you answered it well that isn't true. Also there aren't Colorful LED's its just white and that is it. The unit shuts off after about 10 minutes and then you have to turn it back on. Terrible investment and you can't customize the icons like it says you can either. That's false advertising.

0 raised lips offers no protection or minimum protection .
Smudge magnet , always dirty
Bought it for thr LEDs and they switch off after 10 mins .
So I buy a bad quality product for 10 mins of light show

Inadequate protection (in my hyper-critical eyes)

Pros: no added bulk, useful if you set your phone face down often (but want to keep an eye on it)

Slim case with some cool tricks, but very slick

I bought this case thinking it would have some grip to it because it's description says "fabric like" but the only part of the case that is fabric like is the inside to protect the glass back from scratches. This case is very slick in hand and picks up fingerprints and smudges easily. BUT I do like how thin it is, I hate big bulky cases. Also, the LED lights are pretty cool! You can set them to light for different notifications, for certain contacts, when you're taking a pic with the timer on it'll countdown on the case. Some cool stuff so gave it 4 stars because of the extra things the case could do, just as a regular case, it's only a 3 star.
I would recommend this to a friend!
