Great cool case!!

I bought this case knowing it wasn't for protection but more as a way to show off. It works as described. It's perfect for nights out but I always have another case that I use for my daily protection and so should you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very misleading and limited functionality

I bought this with assumption as described that there would be customization options, however that is not the case. It's like they threw this together at the last moment and cobbled some of the weakest software functionality I've ever seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have the same complaints as the other reviewers. I returned my first case thinking it was defective. Nope, the second one does not have the ability to assign LED icons to your contacts. It's a major reason for my purchase so will be returning the second one too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the case itself is thin and certainly doesn't seem like it would protect the screen during a drop but that isn't what this case is meant to be. It holds the phone securely, and the functionality is pretty impressive. The case is powered by NFC but does not impede wireless charging. When the LEDs are off the case is glossy with no visible signs of being anything other than a plastic case. Even when a light is directed at it no holes or cutouts are visible. I really want to take this thing apart.
The mood lighting is the best feature, it looks amazing especially in darker environments.
My only con would be that it automatically disconnects/toggles off after a few minutes, I would enjoy persistence settings.
I would value this closer to a $30 case rather than its current price of $55, despite the cool tech.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This cover is a fingerprint magnet and scratches very easily! I'm fairly careful with my phone and I've only had for a couple weeks, but this case looks like someone took a knife to it...
Also, the LED functionality is basic and the "cool" effect wears off quick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I saw the previous comments I was ready to instantly return this case. This case is amazing! All the options for lighting Nd its sleek design really compliment the new s10 very well. It was mentioned that the case was hard to connect? But when you put the case on the phone instantly recognizes this and theres an app to toggle off the lights for nfc use... which in my opinion is not a big deal.

It always turned off every 10minutes but never auto turn on again eachtime i turn on the phone..

need guide to always make it on

Cannot find settings for LED features

No clear instructions provided with the case. I'm not really sure what's wrong, if I'm doing something wrong, or if my particular case is defective. The current app does not allow making custom icons, nor does the case light up with notifications or caller ID as mentioned in the features. Comes preloaded with some 8 icons, NOT 54 as in the description. Cannot find a way to create custom icons. Cannot find settings for notifications. Is this scheduled for a later software update? Because none of these features exist right now in the app. Screenshot attached.
