Needs more bass

The JBL Boombox was recommended by a friend. I read reviews and took a chance.
WOW!
Most importantly, the sound quality is simply sublime. Bluetooth connectivity allows me to listen my Apple Music with the controls in the palm of my hand.
My friends are amazed with the sound quality and the beautiful appearance.
Boombox is a misnomer.
I would call it the JBL concert console.
Turn it up , clear the floor and boogie on!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and it stopped connecting to his phone. He has not said anything to me until now. How can we go about returning it for a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extreme High Mids.

I saw reviews that this speaker had a softer sound. Instead it seems extreme in the Midrange frequency range. Seems like JBL may be designing a BB3. BB2 is sold out. Hopefully the BB3 will support HD 24/192

Stopped working only after 2-3 months use

I bought this a couple months ago and it already stopped working , it won’t charge no light comes up when I plug the charger , i bought a new charger and when I plug that one into the boom box it doesn’t charge. So that tells me the product went bad
