Unbelievable sound from a rechargeable speaker

I bought the JBL boombox for fathers day and it has surpassed expectations. Super crisp & as loud as you need it to be. We’ve had a few gatherings and inevitably more than one person shows up with a Bluetooth speaker, this boombox is the clear winner and all others pale in comparison. Battery life is great and the waterproof quality adds a level of confidence when carrying around such an expensive toy. It’s heavy, but you’ll appreciate the weight when you hear the quality sound.

Boom box is an understatement

Have a lake house and wanted a big sound while floating in the water. This speaker has an amazing sound and strong deep bass even in open air environment. The speaker hooks up easily by Bluetooth and I can go about 80 feet away and still control it. Was at an art fair over the weekend and someone had two of them connected together. The sound was incredible.

Most music sounds great!

Although most music sounds great, some have too much base. I wish that an equalizer was provided in the app and also that a better battery level indication was added to the app as well. Those two items would certainly improve the speaker. However all in all it is a good speaker.

Sound issues

When I turn my speaker on and connect it toy phone the speaker plays an and constant dinging noise then when I play music through sound isn’t coming out clear at all, it’s muffled. The speaker is fully charged
