I am a massage therapist and needed to replace my Monster Blaster because it was so loud with it's intro sound and exit sound which the company said could not be adjusted. The JBL Boombox is all about sound and build quality. The old saying of "you get what you pay for" definitely applys here. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting amazing sound and quality of build.

I bought this product for as a gift for my brother and loved it so much I went back and bought another for myself. Truly an awesome sounding portable speaker.

I lovvvvvvvvvve this boombox! Impressive sound quality, I took it to the community pool a couple of times, everyone was impressed with its quality sound and started dancing to the music ;-)

Not What I Thought, Still Decent

Let’s just face it, the BoomBox 1 is overpriced and honestly doesn’t sound as good as the BoomBox 2 (and I know it’s not supposed to). The only advantage between the two is that the BB1 has a microphone for conferencing/speakerphone, whereas the BB2 doesn’t. The BB1 is brighter, while the BB2 has a lot of bass, and manages to sound better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
