Drop the bass!

I initially thought this was smaller than it truly is or at least the same size as my JBL charge 3 that I intended on replacing, but I’m obviously measurement challenged and this thing is HUGE! It delivers killer bass and a big sound to rival the Bose speaker my parents have. I feel like there’s missed opportunities to put a full surround speaker (front and back of the unit) so it doesn’t muffle if tipped or if we are behind it. Other than that, it’s a worthwhile investment

Does not connect to JBL Extreme

Does not connect to JBL Extreme or flip 3. This JBL product is not compatible with other JBL products!

Thank you for your review, the JBL Boombox has the Connect+ feature which can connect with other Connect+ devices like the Flip 4, Pulse 3 and the Charge 3(after firmware update) as the hardware used in these products is different from that in our older products which has the Connect feature which can only connect up to 2 speakers only, while the Connect + can connect more than 100+ devices. Bought a boombox about 3 weeks ago. Supposedly its rated ipx7 water resistant. it was sitting poolside, got splashed a little bit and died. I've watched YouTube videos of people putting them in the pool. But mine gets splashed and dies. Had a charge 3. loved that thing a lot. I would not recommend this product. Also a side note. These super expensive speakers should have GPS locator and a find my device feature on the app. In case someone loses it or it gets stolen....your welcome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The price is louder than the radio

My kicker amphitheater I use at work stopped working so I was looking for something similar or close to it to replace this JBL Boombox doesn't even come close to it has very weak bass pretty much no bass at all and its not loud at all I returned this immediately
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
