Battery issues

I bought a JBL product. The battery died right after the warranty period. A lot of people are having this issue. JBL does not want to acknowledge the defective product.

Poor build, faulty internals

I bought the boombox about a year ago, and couldn't be more disappointed with the product. I have since treated it like my child, placing down with care, never raising the volume over 50 percent, and never getting it near water. A couple days ago I noticed the power button started to glitch and not turn on. It has persisted and gotten worse, and now it is not useable. Being a careful and functioning adult, I did not get the warranty because I expected to treat the product with the upmost of care. I would never have thought that an expensive and upscale speaker would break based off of technical internal issues. I am heartbroken and quite infuriated with JBl, as I expected an amazing product for upwards of 15 years, let alone 1 year. DO NOT support JBl, it is clear that their products do not prove the test of time. I will be supporting other businesses as of now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can battery be replaced?

I’d like to know if the battery can be replaced on the boom box If necessary ? My charge 3 battery died after 1 year of mild use. I was not happy.

Its beast of a speaker that delivers a nice soft bass, has great quality sounds, and is loud. Couldnt ask for a better speaker!

Awesome Sound & Great Battery

Ive had this speaker for over a year. I've loved it becuase you can link it upto mulitple JBL speakers... I've friends who've bought one just so when we get together we can be the loudest ones in the area... I'm really happy with it... No Complaints
