Love it!

Used it a few times so far and it is plenty loud and has very good bass! Absolutely love it so far and it is super easy to carry anywhere. Love the usb plug in on it to keep my phone charged while playing my youtube playlists.Havent yet had it in the rain to try the waterproof part but probably wont let it sit out long in such conditions as rather not take any chances as liked that feature as a "just-in-case" protection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as loud as I thought

I thought that It would be much louder, sadly it was only up to 80db. Probably my fault for not reading the specs, but I think I may find something that's fit to handle an outdoor event more properly. But the quality was not bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems

There's interference that can be heard mainly at low volumes, can listen to anything at low volumes. Please send a firmware update that can fix that issue.

Worth it!

Bought it for my husband's birthday. I thought it was a little excessive at first, but it has been awesome and he loves it! The sound quality is top notch, it travels well and turns up the fun to any location!

I got this for Christmas and it is a good portable speaker but the sound quality is not near as good as my Aiwa Exos9. The Aiwa has a built-in 5 band equalizer which works great. The Aiwa has very good sound details and deep bass. The JBL boom box sounds ok at low levels but has too much midrange and not enough bass and treble when turned up. The JBL is very convenient to carry and is waterproof for around the pool use but could use an equalizer as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
