It completes a cycle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] and that's about it. The baskets are dense so not much water gets through to clean the silverware. A film is always on some items. Yes we use the rinse aid suggested. No we don't load the silverware pieces close to each other. We're looking into returning this. So disappointed.
Pros: Attractive Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: more smudge resistant than my existing stainless appliances, continuous track on bottom rack allows for pulling out the bottom rack fully and makes for easy loading and unloading, flush front surface is still easy to open and close but no handle sticking out into the room, racks and fold down mini racks well made and are sturdy, very quiet. Cons: very poor drying; I’ve had to increase the water temperature to beyond scalding-and remove the flatware basket (WAY too many plastic accessory pieces and racks) and place flatware in top third (also plastic) rack, really limit plastic cups and utensils, must use sanitize rinse as well as not fully load the dishwasher and use a lot of rinse aid, then open the door after drying cycle is complete, in order to have dishes come out mostly dry. I end up having to dry the interior door and the edges of the racks and adjusting levers once done unloading the dishwasher as they have standing water or are still very wet after all of these interventions. Also, the top third rack leaves water spots on the flatware and does a mediocre cleaning job. My previous dishwasher, less expensive, did a much better job all around. Sadly, it was only 6 years old and had a major component break so needed to be replaced. Thought I’d try a different brand known for quality.
