Clicker knob not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new cooktop's clicker knob is not working. We have to try 3-4 times for the stove to ignite. Out of the the 6 burners only one is having this problem. Have had to schedule a technician visit. If not resolved will have to return. It's the Primary burner that is having the issue. The gas pipe requirement is of bigger size which is a waste of gas for a home. It was better with a smaller size pipe, where the gas was of sufficient quantity and was safer.Burners are more noisy as well.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Unstable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

6 burners and heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed at the end of Sept 2021. 6 great burners with lots of heat. (1 burner is specifically for low flame, but all can serve that purpose.) Lots of room to use all 6 burners at once. Real pro styling and heavy duty grates
