[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure which product is worse. This Oven or the microwave. Both have had issues from day 1.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Unstable, Leaks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful range but not the best quality!

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is beautiful but the small oven door closes with a bit of a wonky rocking motion and according to Jennaire it is because the hinge is the same size as for the heavier large over door and that it is what it is! Really unacceptable in my opinion for an appliance in this price range.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regret Buying Does not work as advertised
on May 1, 2025

Length of ownership:6 months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problems with range ( my apologies for not knowing exact name of parts replaced)
1. Main wiring harness not installed correctly on range preventing the steam option to work. Associated with this issue the water valve was also replaced. 3 trips from appliance tech.
Parts take on average 3-4 weeks to get.
2. Griddle does not heat correctly and stops heating at 250 degrees. Heating element and heat sensor replaced now griddle stops heating at 350 degrees even though knob goes to 450 and then a hi option. Another part was ordered to correct this
3. This is an app based range and the app is extremely cumbersome to use and there are many flaws while using it.
a. Using the probe feature the temp freezes after 25-30 degrees, so you have no idea of how much longer your item has to cook.
b. Whirlpool must know the prob feature on the app does not work because they supply a second prob to use on an even worse app.
c. Pairing your range to the whirlpool app took many hours and two calls to the help line
d. When you use the app on steam setting bread or dessert it asks you to use a probe, why?
The local store we bought this extremely expensive range from said that Whirlpool will eventually give me a new range, but I have no confidence that the next one will work any better.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
