Excellent oven range, but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I bought this oven range for our kitchen remodel. It is beautiful oven and we love how spacious it is inside. However, I can’t get the WiFi to work. I don’t really want the WiFi, but it is the only way to get the temperature probe inside the oven to work. Also, the racks are supposed to be removable so they can be put into one of the other slots. But because of the lights on each side, I can’t get the racks into slot 2 or 3. So my racks are at the very bottom or near the top. Can’t put them in the middle. Because of this I rate the oven 4 stars instead of 5.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this unit to replace it's Kitchen Aid competitor, which I had two lemons with. Jenn-Air is on another level. I own a restaurant and this stove is commercial grade quality and so much fun to cook on! I am in love and a fan for life!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Bulky

Design Flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop/oven for our new home and have had numerous issues since installation. First of all the specs do not show an added WiFi box to the back so our electrician had to come back and move the electrical outlet. No fault of his, JenAir added the box and didn’t change the spec sheet. Second there are round headed screws at the top rear of the cooktop so it is impossible to have it lay flush up against the back wall. It’s ridiculous that it has to stick out because flat headed screws are not used. Third, the way the front panel is designed that wraps around the side is at a different plane so the unit has a large gap between it and our granite countertop. JenAir obviously needs to hire new designers and engineers, these issues are simple common sense things that should never be a problem.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Flimsy Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful! But I have some thoughts...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, everyone who walks into my kitchen notices this range and comments on its beauty.
However, there are a couple of drawbacks.
1) There is no digital display on the unit. If you want to know what the ACTUAL temp is inside (during pre-heat for instance) you'll need to open the app, or ask Alexa or Google. The app and smart features are really nice, but I miss the simplicity of just looking at the oven.
2) It pre-heats from the top (just like broil), so stuff placed on the top rack will burn during pre-heat, so you just have to wait until pre-heat is complete or place on a lower rack.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use

Takes awhile to heat up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the range for a little over a month. It's gorgeous and looks amazing in our new kitchen. Great sized oven and love how easy the racks move in/out. The range top is great and good sized. My dislike is how long it takes to heat up the oven. We bake bread from time to time requiring temps in the 450+ range. It takes 45mins or more to preheat to that temp. Outside of that we haven't had any issues so far. It has wifi technology which we haven't spent any time setting up - frankly don't see the need for it. Also - I don't love how the oven vents the heat. It blows straight out the front rather than the back on the oven. After using the oven the fan (I assume is a vent fan) runs for a very long time. It's not annoyingly loud but does create a low drone/hum that in an otherwise quiet home is a bit annoying.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
