Love the range, mostly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my first Jenair dual fuel range, but unfortunately it got hit by a lightning strike. We were unable to get the same model so our insurance replace it with the newest model. Unfortunately I do not like the oven on this one. It only has 2 racks (my old one has 3) and the heating element hangs so low that often things burn if cooked on the top rack. If I could I’d go back to the original 2019 model

Beautiful and High Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a power outage destroyed our last oven/range, we purchased this one based on reviews and ratings. We're very impressed by the sturdiness of the grates and racks, and the smooth way the racks roll in and out. We love the app features too. I do miss a built-in timer, however. We can set the timer and/or cook time through the app, but our Internet is spotty at best, and the app often doesn't work, so we have no oven timer. I use either the microwave or my watch, but it would be nice to have that as a feature on the oven. My fault for not doing the research on that. Aside from that small thing, we love it!

Great if it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this product for 5 months and have had services done on it 6 different times and it’s still now working right. First our burners needed to be changed out due to not lighting. Our oven door can’t cont close properly and that is on its 3 rd service call. It also needed a whole new kit in the back because when the oven came on it would make noise. I would never buy another product from jenn aire again. It was quit expensive and has truly been a lemon.

Cons: Flimsy Construction

Takes awhile to heat up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the range for a little over a month. It's gorgeous and looks amazing in our new kitchen. Great sized oven and love how easy the racks move in/out. The range top is great and good sized. My dislike is how long it takes to heat up the oven. We bake bread from time to time requiring temps in the 450+ range. It takes 45mins or more to preheat to that temp. Outside of that we haven't had any issues so far. It has wifi technology which we haven't spent any time setting up - frankly don't see the need for it. Also - I don't love how the oven vents the heat. It blows straight out the front rather than the back on the oven. After using the oven the fan (I assume is a vent fan) runs for a very long time. It's not annoyingly loud but does create a low drone/hum that in an otherwise quiet home is a bit annoying.
