Great stove top, ovens do not work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I preheat either of the ovens it takes about six tries before they will actually work. They act like they will start heating, and then a couple minutes later you will hear the sound meeting they are turning off. The stove top works great.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use

Beautiful range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range very much! It’s beautiful and cooks like a dream. All of the burners can go to a low simmer, which you can’t get in several other brands. The ovens both offer the proof setting which is great for making bread and rolls. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because I’m having trouble connecting the range to the internet. I haven’t called the help line yet. It seems like it should be very simple but it won’t connect. I figure I’m going to be home and not far from the range if I’m cooking and need to check on something, so I’m not as concerned about the wifi connection. I would just like to use the feature since it’s offered.
