[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range is great. Bakes really well. The smaller oven is just too small for a full size cookie sheet but can fit a full size muffin pan. We had a burner issue where a piece of food got into the burner somehow. A tech came out and repaired but it seems like a design flaw. The griddle is worthless. The stainless is impossible to cook on. There's no way to season it without the range looking grubby. It's also a pain to clean because of the way the metal is shaped. Also, it seems to work like an induction and will go "cold" for periods of time to the heat isn't consistent. So we don't use that anymore. If I had to do it again I would get the model with the grill instead.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a beautiful appliance. But as soon as it had power, I had a problem. The small oven won’t heat up. So I’m waiting on a repair guy, for an appliance I haven’t even used once.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side of the range is not flush creating a quarter inch or so gap between the counter and range. Really doesn’t qualify for a luxury range when the sides don’t match front. Apparently it’s a recurring issue with it. I’m hoping they will fix, replace, or refund.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and function of the burners, dual stove, and griddle. All work great.
Had an igniter on one of the burners die after 8 months. Have a fan that sounds out of balance almost since new. Am unable to get it to connect to WiFi. Bronze fuel distribution rings on burner discolor - would be ideal if remained bronze in color.
