I Love the case. There was no instruction guide in the package and the case was already assembled in one piece so force my phone into the case and was able to put it in but due to the hard push I damaged the screen protection screen from the edge. You should ship the case unfixed like in two piece and there should be an installation guide in the package so this error can be avoided. A kick stand attached to this case would be nice.

We design all of our cases to allow for the easy use of all the features of your device, so it sounds like yours may not be living up to our expectations. We'd suggest removing the case and reinstalling it to see if that gets everything lined up a bit better.
If that doesn't help, give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we can get you a replacement case that fits a bit better.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my new Galaxy S10+. When I received it, it was sealed perfectly in the factory box with a broken trim ring. A little disappointed, I tossed it in the trash and moved on with my day. I haven't thought much about it until I received an email about leaving a review. I can not say I would purchase another one without actually seeing it first. I also can not say I would recommend it to anyone else because I didn't get to use the one I purchased.

I was looking for a screen protector for my brand new Samsung Galaxy 10+. I trust Otterbox having protected my previous phones with their outstanding cases.
I saw their screen protector and chose that. Once delivered I followed the instructions which are easy to follow. The installation is really easy. However, once installed the protector kept getting air bubbles. Trying to remove these or re-apply the protector led to lines on the protector. Further tries to eliminate that just makes the whole process worse. This protector is an apply once design. I had ensured the phone screen was clean and dust free. Sadly, the protector was no longer looking good and was disposed of.
I am now going screen protector free on my phone. One huge risk but for the price of the screen looking clear. I will still buy cases from Otterbox, they have proved their worth and value. Screen protectors, however, have failed me.
