The Samsung GS10e Otterbox Commuter case's inner/outer parts fit beautifully together and all operating parts of the GS10e work perfectly. Access to the side fingerprint sensor is excellent and, in fact, is easier to locate. Wireless charging works without any problems through the case. Most importantly I've never had any damage to my last four phones due to Otterbox protection.

I always trust OtterBox with my phones. Reliable quality protection, and great warranty policy. The only thing I don't love about this case is that I don't use the biometric finger lock on the phone, so the cutout around the power button doesn't do me any good, and exposes more of the phone than I'd like. I wish OtterBox would make a case for this phone that covered the power button for those of us who don't use the fingerprint scanner on the power button. Other than that, this case is amazing, and I would highly recommend it!

I bought my symmetry case when I got my phone July 2020...
I use only Otterbox cases becauss of their reliable durability. Once again, Otterbox doesn't disappoint. I like the sleek and slim style of this case: I can charge wirelessly through it and it still fits in my pockets when needed.
It's so fun to show my friends just how durable Otterbox is by throwing my phone on the tile floor, too. I have turned a few of my friends into Otterbox fans that way.

After reading reviews about the "Commuter" series of cases, I purchased one for my Galaxy S10e. It did NOT come with any screen protection, as the "Defender" series did for my S 7. Very disappointed!
