Not as good as the model for the iPhone 7 Plus

There is no "kickstand" feature as there was on the model for the iPhone 7 Plus. I found that function very useful and will miss it.

I had the same case on my 6s for years. The fit was perfect and the leather was soft. The one I got for my XS Max is stiff, the cover does not fully cover the screen. There is a slight gap at the edge. The cover is also very uncomfortable when in hand. Disappointed with this case

This is an ok case, I have had much better. The case does not stay closed. Other wallet cases have a magnetic closure that if you happen to drop your phone it will not open and protects your phone. This case will open if you drop the phone. I would opt for a better case with more protection.

Not as good as previous strada models.

I bought the case as I’m a long time customer of Otterbox since the days of the iPhobe 4. This would be my 4th otterbox case but the leather on the strada is not as study and too flexible. It doesn’t sit as flush over the face as it can be pushed to the side revealing some of the screen. The model for the iPhone 6/6s was of higher quality flip front. Could do with the same material as before.

I have had the Otterbox Strava for about a month now and have been thoroughly enjoying it. The slim case is easy to get in and out of my pocket while providing great protection for the iPhone XS Max. I have dropped the phone on cement about five times now with absolutely no damage to the phone or the case whatsoever. The front cover provides discreet protection for any incoming notifications or messages and can be left open when that is not necessary. I highly recommend the product and paid the full retail price.
