I bought this and recieved it a few days ago, it came with no issues but when applying the screen, it already had finger marks and specs of lint/dirt stuck to the sticky side of the screen protector.. I can't contact customer service because of COVID but I'd say I'm very disappointed. When the screen is black, you can see the specs under the screen protector that I was unable to get off for my brand new IPhone 11. It was expensive and I expected it to be in great condition. I'm very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
